Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-20 (Monday-Friday). If there is a problem with your order after it is placed email (artofhannahjane@gmail.com). 

Sales Tax

Buyer is responsible to pay and send in their state sales tax on their order 

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges exclude custom orders due to one of a kind requested creations. 

Return Policy

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to exchange your items starting from the day you receive your item. (Excluding custom orders) 

Here's the fine print. All original tags must be attached. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable.

Received an incorrect or faulty item? We're sorry to hear that, please contact us via the contact page or at artofhannahjane@gmail.com with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. One of our customer care agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

• Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
